Biggest Scam in Crypto CHANGELLY - Who are third parties?

As you guys all know Changelly is the scam crypto exchange which has been selectively stealing from its users for the past decade. The scam was so bad Ledger had to lock posts based on Changelly. A simple search for Changelly on Changellys own subreddit or Ledger subreddit and you will see thousands of posts exposing the scam of Changelly.

Users report they submit all KYC data to Changelly after a year Changelly says an investigation is ongoing as third parties are involved they have to wait after that they ignore all emails.

So crypto fam tell me is Changelly scamming as thousands say they are or is there a mysterious organisation that takes a year to investigate thousands of cases?
