Kicked out of my account

Hello guys, I maintain getting notifications that somebody is making an attempt to log into my Binance account. I've been locked out of it for over a yr now. My earlier telephone was stolen and Google authenticator on my new telephone isn’t linked to my Binance account and I’m going round in circles :(

Has anyone had this drawback earlier than? Once I click Safety verification unavailable it doesn’t do something.
