Is using a Binance P2P bot compliant with the rules?

I am a Binance P2P merchant in the Philippines, and I've observed that some individuals use bots to routinely modify their ad costs. Some merchants all the time maintain their advertisements simply slightly ahead of mine, typically by as little as 0.01, which suggests their advertisements keep above mine on a regular basis. Every time their advertisements are ranked above mine, I can clearly really feel that my order volume drops considerably.

I do know Binance offers P2P API access that can be used to do this, and I do know somewhat programming myself, so I requested Binance reside help twice whether this type of conduct is allowed. One help agent informed me it isn't allowed, while another stated it is allowed. That has left me very confused. So, is it truly allowed or not?

Whether it is allowed, I want to develop a bidding bot myself. Has anybody here used this type of software program earlier than? Is it legal?
