I wrote a novel about Satoshi returning: launched today on the 15th anniversary of Satoshi's disappearance

Today is April 23, 2026, exactly 15 years since Satoshi Nakamoto’s last known email to Mike Hearn.

I released a speculative thriller today called The Day Satoshi Returned, and I chose this date on purpose.

It’s set in 2044: the ninth halving, nations on a Bitcoin standard, and the Genesis address signs again. No coins move, just a cryptographically valid signature.

What mattered to me while writing it was getting Bitcoin right:

• no fiat framing
• no broken mechanics
• no treating Bitcoin like sci-fi wallpaper
