I bought some Bitcoin on Paxful in 2022 and now that it has closed I can't withdraw the funds.

Can anyone help me? The Paxful website is still functional only for debt collection, but the five steps are stuck at the last step, where I'm supposed to confirm my identity with photos of myself and documents. Unfortunately, even though I uploaded these photos, it's as if they weren't uploaded immediately after I did so, and so the Continue button is grayed out because it's impossible to click, as if I hadn't completed the request.
