Can someone explain to me why Uptober is actually Uptober, what are the real reasons behind all this green?

I'm sure that it's not accidental, there have to be actual reasons why all the rich folks prefer to risk it all in October and pour everything on extremely risky assets as crypto, and this happens again and again and again... Is it something to do with rate cut expectations, or something to do with taxes or somehow it's calculated that nobody sells in October for some other reason? Or is it that traditionally sp500 and nasdaq are very strong in October, without exceptions ?

I just don't get it, please help me understand what's happening.
