Borrowed more than collateral

I feel typically Binance app miscalculates loan quantity for a given collateral quantity. (including a case that I hit 'MAX' button for collateral)

And one other strange factor is, principally Binance app does not permit me to proceed to additional so this type of loan contract just isn't made, principally. However typically it isn't blocked and the contract is made.

For instance, I borrowed 1.68 USDT with 1.39 USDC collateral, where LTV ought to be lower than or equal to 78%, but truly it's bigger than 100%.

Is it a bug? Is there anything probably go incorrect it this type of mortgage contract?
